Shipping and Delivery Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. However, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Most orders will be delivered within 1-2 weeks of purchase. 

International Duties and Customs Information

All international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that you, the buyer, are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and other costs associated with customs clearance in your country. These costs are not included in the initial shipping price. You may be required to pay these fees when the goods arrive in your country, or you may be contacted by customs officials to arrange payment. It is your responsibility to understand your country's import regulations and to ensure that the necessary documentation is provided for customs clearance.
